Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
International shipments may require additional information from the recipient, such as a tax ID or fiscal number, in order to complete customs clearance. Failure to provide the requested information may result in delivery delays or the return of the shipment.
